How to Use:
After cleansing, dampen a cotton pad with toner and gently swipe across the face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Follow with your treatment serum, moisturizer and/or SPF. Formulator Note: If your skin isn't oily in the morning, skip your cleanser, and start with this Toner!
