If you are uncomfortable booking online or having trouble finding a time that works for you, I will be happy to assist you in booking your appointment.
-
What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?Cancellation Policy 1. Appointments are reservations for time slots in our schedules held for you. 2. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you can change appointments online or notify the Atelier via voicemail or text message at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. 3. Within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, any cancellations or reschedules will incur a Late Cancellation Fee of 50% of your originally scheduled service charge. 4. Missed or "no show" appointment will incur a fee of 100% of the total service price. If you let you service provider or the Atelier know AFTER the start time of your appointment that you will not be coming, you will still incur this fee. No exceptions. 5. The fees assessed will be automatically charged to the card on file. If the card is declined, an invoice will be sent to the provided email address, and payment is required within 7 days. If invoice is not paid within 7 days, a 10% resend fee will be assessed every 7 days days until invoice is paid. Rebooking will not be allowed until the invoice is paid in full. Late Policy and Service Change Policy 1. I understand I am reserving a specific time slot for my appointment. If I arrive late for any reason, my service may be shortened, modified, or rescheduled at the service provider's discretion. 2. Arriving more than 10 minutes past my scheduled start time will result in an inability to perform the service, and I will be charged 100% of the originally scheduled service price, as this is considered a no show, missed appointment. 3. I understand if I need to make any adjustments to my services booked, I will do so 24 hours or more before my scheduled appointment, so that I will not be charged for the extra services booked. Example: If you prebooked a facial and a dermablade, but decided not to have the dermablade, you would need to cancel the dermablade 24 hours or more prior to your appointment or you will be charged 100% for the dermablade, as time has been allotted for that service. 4. It is up to my service provider to determine if there is enough time to safely and effectively complete the treatment. If there is insufficient time due to my late arrival, I will be charged the full price for the appointment, per the cancellation policy. 5. If I am late, regardless of the time remaining upon my arrival, if my service provider determines we can still safely proceed with the service within my original time slot, I will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and the time missed due to my tardiness will not be made up for by the service provider nor discounted.

No need to worry about the product tasting like apple cider vinegar or baking soda! Most of the whitening gel will be working on making your teeth white and should not come into contact with your tongue limiting your exposure to any taste!
-
How often can I whiten teeth? You should wait at least three months between whitening treatments to give your teeth a chance to recover from the whitening products. Our whitening agent can sometimes make teeth more sensitive, so it is important to give them a break in between treatments.
-

What if I have sensitive teeth or a tooth sensitivity?Sunna Smile is formulated for those with Sensitive Teeth! It uses a combination of Hydrogen Peroxide, and Carbamide Peroxide gel to whiten your teeth while Potassium Citrate and Aloe help reduce sensitivity and irritation! It’s safe on enamel, protects gums, causes little to no sensitivity, and is a registered natural health product. A very small percentage of people will have minor discomfort in their mouth and this normally dissipates within 10 minutes. If you are experiencing increased tooth sensitivity after having your teeth whitened, we recommend using a toothpaste for sensitive teeth and avoiding very hot or cold drinks and foods. The sensitivity should go away within a few days.
-
Is Whitening at the Atelier better than At home Teeth Whiteners and Whitening Strips?Yes. We recommend our process because it gets results and saves you money and time. Our Sunna Smile in office whitening procedure is more potent providing you with better whitening results than the at-home kit. One treatment takes the place of 50 whitening toothpastes, 25 dental whitening syringes, and 5 packages of whitening strips. Plus our staff is well trained in maximizing the effectiveness of the whitening kit while maintaining the highest sanitation policies and procedures. Also...you don't have to clean up any mess and you get out of the house. Just saying!
-
How can I keep my teeth white? There are a few things you can do to make your teeth whitening last longer: Don't drink or eat anything that will stain teeth within 24 hours Avoid tobacco use Practice good oral hygiene and oral health Limit your intake of staining foods and drinks Schedule regular teeth cleanings Limit drinking Red Wine. We know....this one can be tough!
