• Buck Hill Rd. is closed in both directions between Co. Rd. 42 and just north of Southcross Dr.

  • Detour: Co.Rd. 42 to Burnhaven Dr. to Southcross Dr. West

• I-35W is closed in both directions between the I-35/35E/35W split in Burnsville and I-494 in Bloomington

  • Detour: I-35E to Hwy 77 to I-494

Mid-April through October 2026

• Cliff Rd. under I-35W is closed

  • Westside of I-35W detour: 123rd St. West to Dupont Ave. to 126th St. to Co. Rd. 5 to Hwy 13 to Nicollet Ave. to Cliff Rd.

  • Eastside of I-35W detour: Cliff Rd. to Nicollet Ave. to Hwy 13 to Hwy 5 to 126th St. to Dupont Ave. back to Cliff Rd.

 

Bridge closures

5 a.m Wed, April 16 through 11 p.m. Wed, Oct. 1

• Burnsville Pkwy. Bridge is closed between the east and west frontage road

  • Westside of I-35W detour: Burnsville Pkwy. west to south Co. Rd. 5 to eastbound McAndrews Rd. to northbound Nicollet Ave. to Burnsville Pkwy.

  • Eastside of I-35W detour: Burnsville Pkwy. east to south Nicollet Ave. to westbound McAndrews Rd. to south Co. Rd. 5 to Burnsville Pkwy.

 

Lane closures

9 a.m. Wed, April 16 through 11 p.m. Fri, Oct. 17

• Hwy 13 is reduced to one lane in both directions with head-to-head traffic over I-35W

 

Ramp closures

5 a.m. Fri, April 18 through 11 p.m. Fri, Oct. 17

• The ramp from westbound Hwy 13 to southbound I-35W is closed

  • Detour: Westbound Hwy 13 to northbound I-35W to Black Dog Rd. to SB I-35W

• The ramp from northbound I-35W to westbound Hwy 13 is closed

  • Detour: Northbound I-35W to Cliff Rd. interchange to Nicollet Ave. to westbound Hwy 13

• The ramp from Burnsville Pkwy. to northbound I-35W is closed

  • Westside of I-35W detour: Burnsville Pkwy. to Co. Rd. 5 to eastbound Hwy 13 to northbound I-35W

  • Eastside of I-35W detour: Burnsville Pkwy. to Nicollet Ave. to westbound Hwy 13 to northbound I-35W

• The ramp from Cliff Rd. to southbound I-35W is closed
